| Cold Low Level Laser |
|
Lasers are instruments that deliver light in a very organized, coherent way.
We have all seen them in our daily lives -- from the laser pointers used in presentations and lectures, to the grocery scanner.
Some people have had laser surgery to correct their vision.
The Cold Low Level Laser (CLLL) manufactured by Erchonia Medical of Dallas, Texas, feels like a grocery scanner and appears as a simple red light it was the first CLLL approved by the FDA to manage pain and correct other internal medical imbalances.

This laser is used to stimulate biological functions at the cellular level.
The cells grab the photons of light produced by the CLLL and immediately use them to create energy (ATP/Qi), which increases cellular communication and accelerates the healing process.
Indeed, one could think of the CLLL as an infusion of energy.

Increasingly, CLLL is being used by forward-looking health care professionals, particularly those treating elite athletes, many of whom use CLLL as an integral part of their health maintenance programs.
Star athletes using CLLL include; Lance Armstrong, Tiger Woods and Tom Brady, among many others.

As an acupuncturist, Desneige Datillo uses the CLLL in conjunction with acupuncture in a unique way.
First, she uses the CLLL to open any encumbrance in cellular communication from trauma or overuse.
That will clear communication between meridians, crucial acupuncture points and organ systems.
She then uses the CLLL to stimulate the acupuncture points.
The final step in this "infusion" of energy with the CLLL is then followed up with an acupuncture treatment using needles and/or magnets to "move" that new energy to the areas in need of treatment.
All of these actions accelerate healing by activating the body's natural healing capabilities.
